Nerve Conduction

Nerve conduction studies are used primarily for the evaluation and diagnosis of numbness, burning or tingling sensations in the arms and legs.  Typically a physical exam and medical history also help our providers determine your course of treatment. Some common disorders that can be diagnosed by nerve conduction studies include:

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Guillain-Barre Syndrome
  • Peripheral Neuropathy
  • Ulnar Neuropathy
  • Spinal Disc Herniation
  • Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
  • Peroneal Neuropathy

At QLMC we use the Advanced System, Nerve Conduction Test. The Advanced device is designed for efficient and convenient nerve conduction studies in our medical practice located in Tucson Arizona.

The Advance System provides:

  • Immediate diagnostic results
  • A detailed results report
  • Real-time, on screen results
