Experience
Judy Brevaire is a behavioral health professional with more than 40 years of experience in the mental health field, with a focus on juvenile justice-involved youth and their families in both Arizona and California.
She has provided a full spectrum of mental health services, including group, individual, couples, and family therapy. Her work incorporates trauma-informed approaches such as Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), along with culturally responsive therapeutic interventions.
Judy has held leadership and supervisory roles throughout her career, providing consultation and clinical supervision to therapists. Her background includes directing specialty programs for youth with sexual behavior problems, overseeing a placement assessment center for Los Angeles County Probation, and conducting professional trainings.
In February 2025, Judy joined Quality of Life Medical Center as Clinical Director. In this role, she provides individual, couples, and family counseling, facilitates therapeutic groups, and supervises interns.
Her clinical approach integrates multiple therapeutic frameworks and emphasizes trauma-informed, organized, flexible, and culturally responsive care.
